This archive contains the latest ROMs für Buddha and
Catweasel Z-II. Buddha Flash and Catweasel "S-Class" models
can put the rom image file directly into the flash memory.
For older models (Buddha, Catweasel Z-II and Catweasel 
Z-II MK2), an Eprom-programmer is necessary. The same rom
Image files can be used. If you want to test the software
first, use the expansion drivers and the LoadIDE command. 

Use the ReadROM command to backup the contents of your flash
rom to disk or harddisk. 

How to "flash" your controller:

Open a Shell and issue the command

flashbuddha buddha.rom

Then follow the instructions on screen. If you have a
Catweasel Z-II "S-Class", use the command

flashbuddha catweasel.rom

In both cases, the multitasking will be disabled for a few
seconds, that's why a warning message will appear before the
operation starts. Without multitasking, online-connections
and time-critical programs that run in the background could
crash, so it's recommended to exit all programs before
"flashing" your controller. 

The new drivers are about 20% faster on harddrives. This
value has been measured on an Amiga 2000 with a 2630-25
accelerator board. I'd like to know how good the performance
